Don Fitch CPA's How To 1) Log into your Aol account. 2) In Aol, go to the "Community" pull down screen (4th item in the upper top left hand corner). 3) Select "Send Instant Message". 4) Enter in the "Send To:" "DonFitchCPA". 5) Enter and/or Copy and paste into the Instant Messenger something like "Don, I would like to discuss my tax problem with you via the AOL Instant Messenger. Are you available?" 6) Don Fitch being available, will respond with something like "Yes, I am available. Please select on your Aol Instant Messenger the icon for "Start Video ConferenceSession". This icon is the 3rd from the right in the instant messenger tool bar. Looks like a video camera. Also, it is next to the camera icon which is the 2nd from the right. 7) You should receive from Aol "You have started an Video Conferencedirect connection session". Please select yes to the yes/no/cancel question. You should see a message that says "Waiting for buddy confirmation". You will see the message "Waiting for Buddy Confirmation". 8) Upon acceptance of the connection by Don Fitch, CPA you will receive a confirmation of connection and should see yourself in your own camera and your are ready to video conference. The message below should be in your Aol Instant Messenger. ATTENTION [8:30 AM]: Video Message session started. 9) Select the Send Video Tab. 10) Select the Red Record Button and record your tax problem. Upon completion select "Send". Don Fitch CPA will respond upon reviewing your tax problem. Note: this is similar to a Ship to Shore telephone system and includes a video camera.
